Bid Battle terms & conditions

1. Eligibility: Bid Battle (the “contest”) is open only to those who have registered with Auction Resource and who are minimum 18 years old as the date of entry.  The contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and Canada and is void where prohibited by law.  The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited. 

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet eligibility requirements set forth herein.  In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Auction Resource, as final and binding as it relates to the contest.  Auction Resource reserves sole discretion in determining the winners of contests.  The contests are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. 

3. Contests: Entries will be accepted during the open period of each contest. 

4. How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the contest page.  The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.  Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Auction Resource.  You may enter only once per contest.
