As of May 1, 2023, McGrew Equipment Company no longer handles or transfers titles for auctioned vehicles, trailers, etc. Instead, all titles will be available at Miller Hanover Insurance’s Hanover tag and title office no earlier than noon on the Wednesday following the auction. Miller Hanover is located at 334 High Street, Hanover, Pennsylvania 17331. Their hours are Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm and their phone number is (717) 637-9265. If you would like the item titled in Pennsylvania, the requirements are as follows: copy of paid invoice from McGrew Equipment Company (if paid by check, title will not be available for 7 days), current PA-issued driver’s license or photo ID, current insurance card (for any vehicle on policy that purchase will be insured under), title fees of $58, payment of 6% PA Sales tax. If you would like the item titled outside of Pennsylvania, Miller Hanover will issue a 60-day transfer tag, the requirements are as follows: copy of paid invoice from McGrew Equipment Company (if paid by check, title will not be available for 7 days), current driver’s license, current insurance card (for any vehicle on policy that purchase will be insured under), title fee of $75.
