Following a prolonged illness, Mr. Schmidt is retiring from the forestry industry. Equipment and real estate will be sold via the auction method on Oct. 20, 2023. He is also looking to sell timber from a neighboring property. We are accepting consignments to add to this auction. Terms - There is a 10% onsite and a 13% online buyer’s premium in effect for all purchases. All items must be paid for before removal. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. All items sell where is as is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyer is responsible to inspect all merchandise prior to placing bids.
