Items are sold AS IS WHERE IS with out any warranties what so ever, whether expressed, implied or statutory. Hour meter readings or milage are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way. Any information is gathered form sources believed to be reliable , but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Items are available for inspection, and any bidder is responsible for personally inspecting the item and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere
10% ONLINE BUYERS PREMIUM WILL APPLY TO ALL ITEMS UNDER 1000.00, 5% BUYERS PREMIUM ON ALL ITEMS OVER 1000.01
Invoices will be emailed to all winning online bidders on the completion of the auction. Payments must be paid within 24 hours.
Accepted forms of payment include: Cash in person, certified check, money order, & wire transfer.
Check payments must be OVER-NIGHTED OR PRIORITY MAILED to Auctioneer. Contact Auctioneer with postal tracking once payment has been sent. If paying with Canadian check a $25.00 processing fee will be added to invoice. Any check returned for insufficient funds shall incur a service fee of $50.00, as well as result in the breach of terms.
If Buyer pays via wire transfer, an additional $25.00 fee for domestic wires & $50.00 for international transfers will be assessed.
If Buyer pays by credit card an additional 3.5% processing fee will be applied to invoice total.
For items requiring a Certificate of Title, A $50.00 fee will be added to invoice total for all titled equipment. A Certificate of Title will be mailed after 10 business days upon clearing of full payment.
Removal of the purchase will not occur until the funds are confirmed, verified paid or Auctioneer's approval in writing. All costs, responsibility and risk of removal shall be borne by Buyer. Yoder and Frey provides loading free of charge but extra labor charges may be assessed if additional tear-down of equipment is requested from the Buyer. Items must be picked up within 30 calendar days.
