All items are being sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees whatsoever.
All sales are final.
Items are free from encumbrances, and are able to be sold.

PAYMENT:
No items will be released until payment is made in full. Full payments are required via wire transfer within 3 business days of the end of the auction (unless prior arrangement is made).

Out of United States purchases MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER.

A $15.00 wire transfer fee must be added to all wire transfers.

An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with “Hibid" after the sale concludes.
Included with the invoice will be the address to have a wire transfer made.

Successful bidders must contact Tri County Auction within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify payment.

For buyers that reside in the state of Missouri, contact auctioneer for sales taxes that may apply.

PICK UP:
Shipping or pickup is sole responsibility of buyer.

Items must be picked up within 14 business days of funds being cleared (unless other arrangements are made).
Tri County Auction will notify the buyer when the funds are cleared.

Items not picked up within 30 business days without arrangements may be subject to resale.

Tri County Auction is not responsible for any seller inaccuracies as to condition of items.
Tri Count Auction is not responsible for any damage to the item(s) sold after the date of sale, or any damages involving the item(s).

We encourage self (in person) inspections of all items before bidding.
