ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION AND WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO MAKE THEIR OWN IN-PERSON INSPECTION PRIOR TO BIDDING. All trailers are to be sold with NO TITLE unless otherwise stated. Hour meter readings or mileages are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable, but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Winning bidder will receive an invoice sent to the email that is on file with EQUIPMENTFACTS. If the buyer does not receive an email within 24 hours, call Taylor Auction Company at (859)-595-1206 or (859)-967-4162. Winning bidders must make contact within 24 hours of completion of auction to verify form of payment. A 5% Buyers Premium Fee will be added to the Hammer Price for
online bidders only. *Payment must be made in full by 5:00 PM the Wednesday following sale day. Forms of payment accepted are WIRE TRANSFER, CERTIFIED/CASHIER'S CHECK, CASH, OR CREDIT CARD with a 4% processing fee. All items are subject to Kentucky state sales tax, unless a Kentucky Farm Exemption Number is proved or a Resale Number provided. We will assist in loading all items; however, disassembly of equipment for shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer. TAC is not responsible for any damages while loading or unloading equipment. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN A TIMELY FASHION. STORAGE CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED AFTER 14 DAYS UNLESS PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. OWNERSHIP OF ANY EQUIPMENT NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 90 DAYS REVERTS BACK TO AUCTION COMPANY UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Trucking is the responsibility of the buyer.
