Some sites offer load-out assistance (schedule 24 hrs in advance).
On-site forklifts cannot lift over 10,000 lbs.
Buyer is responsible for ALL load-out!

Payment
Due within 5 business days after auction close (target November 25, 2025). Failure MAY incurs LATE fees.
Owner Approval
Some lots may require owner confirmation before final sale and invoice.
