Can we retract or remove bids? No, our system does not have a way to retract or remove bids. Titles What is a Title Delay? A "Title Delay" means either there is a lien on a unit's title or we are waiting for the consigner to provide the physical title. Both of these situations will result in a delay of you receiving your title. Please note that all items will have a clean title unless otherwise specified in the description. How will I get my title? Title Will Be Executed Onsite by the Seller: If a listing notates that a title will be executed onsite by the seller, then that title will be given to you and completed at the time of pickup at the offsite location. All other titles will be executed at the Sexton Auctioneers Yard Location. Upon payment receipt you will be asked how you would like the title completed and we will complete the title for you. If we do not hear from you within a reasonable amount of time, we will assume that the title needs to be filled out and mailed to the name and address noted on your invoice. Offsite Item Location Procedures All of our offsite items require an appointment for preview in addition to an appointment for pickup following the auction. (See Lot #20 for further details) Preview: Before we are able to provide offsite contact information, Sexton Auctioneers will verify your registration status. After Auction: Upon payment receipt, the seller's will be notified that an item has been paid for and you will receive the contact information to make the arrangements with the seller. Please allow time for your seller to make arrangements. Offsite items need to be picked up as soon as possible. Accepted Forms of Payment We accept cash, cashier's check, or wire transfer. (See Lot #4 for further details.) Payment Deadline is May 4th. We want to reiterate that the payment deadline and the pickup deadline are not the same. We allow for pickup of items up to 7 to 10 business days following the auction. If sending a wire, please allow Sexton Auctioneers up to 24 hours to verify and apply your funds. Please notify Sexton Auctioneers if the account you are using to fund your transaction does not match the information on your invoice. Please note that you may be required to present your ID at the time of purchase. What can I expect during my pickup at the Sexton Auctioneers Yard Location? If you are visiting Sexton Auctioneers during our Initial Onsite Pickup dates (See Lot #5 for further details), please be prepared to experience longer than normal wait times. If you wish to wait for pickup, please ensure your payment is sent by the payment deadline and visit us during our normal business hours Monday through Friday for assistance with pickup. Sexton Auctioneers assists with loading your items. Please be prepared and note that we do not supply straps and pallets are not always available.
