Buyer's Premium: There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the Buyer's Premium will be the sale price. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer. Farmers claiming farm exemption must have a Kentucky Agriculture Number. TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items unless the buyer is a dealer or out of state. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location.
