Pick Up: For the Deerbrook location, Pick up is July 1st from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The Merrill location is by appointment only - Please call the phone number in lot to schedule an appointment. The Antigo location is available for pick up Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Payment and pick up must be completed by Monday, July 6th. Your invoice will be emailed to you shortly after the close of the sale. Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to perform all necessary packing, loading, and transporting of the property purchased during pick up.
