All online buyers will be charged a 10% buyers premium, and on-site buyers will be charged a 3% buyers premium on ticket totals $2000.00 or more and a 5% buyers premium on tickets less than $2000.00. Off-site auction buyers premium may vary please see terms & conditions for that auction. All online bidders must register and be approved to bid through Proxibid.
All items are sold are sold as is, where is! If an item has a title it will be noted so. Duncan Auctioneers has 45 days to produce a clean title. Buyer is responsible for inspection, registration and title transfer. If an item is listed as a license receipt or bill of sale that is all you will receive from Duncan Auctioneers.
Buyer will be responsible for paying a 6.25% tax on all items unless proper identification is shown for tax exempt items.
