This auction features the liquidation of the grade mills at Fairview Woodyard. This will not affect the successful ongoing operations of Fairview Cutstock. After more than 30 years in the grade lumber and pallet industry, Fairview has shifted its focus specifically to cutstock pallet material and is therefore liquidating the grade mills and support equipment. Fairview has consistently maintained a superb maintenance program, creating a rare opportunity to purchase quality, late-model, name-brand, well-maintained equipment at an unreserved auction.

Terms - There is a 10% onsite and a 13% online buyer’s premium in effect for all purchases. All items must be paid for before removal. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.
