This means:  The equipment will work as we described  The item's condition will match what we showed in our pictures and description  Any issues we noted in the description or showed in pictures are not covered by this guarantee  How It Works  You must inspect the item within 5 business days of purchase  You or someone you choose must look at the item in person  The inspection must happen before the item leaves the seller's property or Bright Star's location  If you find the item doesn't match our description, you'll get a complete refund including: • The hammer price (winning bid amount) • The buyer's premium • Any taxes you paid  Making a Claim  If you find an issue during your inspection, contact our customer service team right away at 574.825.0704.  We're here to help make sure you're satisfied with your purchase.  Important Notes  This guarantee only applies while the item is still at its original location  Once the item leaves the property, the guarantee ends  Problems we already told you about in the description or showed in pictures are not covered  You must complete your inspection within 5 business days of purchase This only applies to items with the StellarSecurity guarantee.   We created StellarSecurity to give you confidence in your equipment purchases.
