What StellarSecurity Covers When you buy an item marked with StellarSecurity, you get a guarantee that the item matches our description and photos. This means: The equipment will work as we described The item's condition will match what we showed in our pictures and description Any issues we noted in the description or showed in pictures are not covered by this guarantee How It Works You must inspect the item within 5 business days of purchase You or someone you choose must look at the item in person The inspection must happen before the item leaves the seller's property or Bright Star's location If you find the item doesn't match our description, you'll get a complete refund including: • The hammer price (winning bid amount) • The buyer's premium • Any taxes you paid Making a Claim If you find an issue during your inspection, contact our customer service team right away at 574.825.0704.
