Bidding opens: Saturday, September 27 @ 12 noon

Lots start closing: Thursday, October 2 @ 10am

• Online only Auction w/soft close
• Preview is welcome and encouraged daily M-F 8am-5pm, and the two Saturday immediately preceding the auction. 
• Buyers Premium: 10% Buyer's premium on first $2,500 and 3% on the balance of each item.
• 9.5% Sales tax must be collected unless valid exemption is presented at checkout. Please note all items, other than on highway trucks & automobiles now require sales tax to be collected. We are required to collect sales tax on ATVs, UTVs, offroad motorcycles, camper trailers, boats w/ trailers, etc unless you have a resale exemption or are having delivered out of state by a 3rd party common carrier. A bill of lading for out of state delivery is required for the out of state delivery exemption.
• Sales tax exemption documentation MUST be presented at checkout / payment  to be accepted. Witcher Auctions will not refund sales taxes for documentation produced / provided at a later date.
• 5% Administrative fee on all credit card purchases.
• A credit card is required to register and a $500 authorization will be run to check the validity of the card, but purchases will not be charged unless you instruct us to OR you don't pay your invoice within 48 hours of the auction close
