• All miscellaneous items must be pre-approved before delivery
• In consideration to the Hughes Estate auction there is no indoor storage available 
• To maintain the integrity of our auctions, we accept only items that meet our standards for functional value and market appeal. We ask all sellers to respect these standards and avoid bringing items that do not meet them.
