PAYMENT:  Payment in full of your auction invoice is due by 5pm on Monday, February 3, 2025. In person payments can be made anytime on auction day, at our Wynne, AR main office, or with one of the FFA advisers at the fairground. We will accept cash, cashiers check, APPROVED personal/business check. All checks are subject to the guidelines below. You can also make payment pay credit card/debit card either by phone or in person, but a 5% convenience fee will apply.  Witcher Auctions Office 2408 Hwy 64 Wynne, AR 72396 - Special Conditions for Writing Checks:       1) We must be able to verify funds on ALL checks prior to releasing items, most of the time this is a simple phone call to a bank. Please note that even with a bank letter of funds we will still need to call your banking institution to verify. Some banks will not verify funds in which case we will not be able to release your items to you immediately.      2) In the event you intend to make payment by check on Saturday, January 31, 2026 please note that if we can't get a hold of your bank we reserve the right to hold your purchased items until verification of funds is available.      3) In the event that you want to write a check and we are unable to verify funds we will accept the check. Once the check has cleared, we will e-mail you a paid invoice at which time you will be able to pickup you items.  Even though a credit card is required to register for online bidding, we do not automatically charge your card for purchases. Nothing will be charged to your card UNLESS you fail to pay balance due in full within 48 hours of the auction close. If an invoice remains unpaid after Monday, February 2, 2026 @ 5pm Witcher Auctions reserves the right to run the card on file for up to the full amount of all invoices totaling $2,500 or less and for up to a $2,500 deposit all other invoices. If paying by credit/debit card, you can use the link on your invoice to make your own card payment or call our office at 870-238-1400. Please note there is a 5% convenience fee for paying by credit card/debit card. Buyer's Premium: A 3% buyer's premium has been added to the final hammer price of each item for onsite, in-person purchases. Online purchases for ring 1 have an additional 5% BP (8% total). All ring 2 purchases carry a flat 10% buyer's premium.  TAXES: No sales tax at this event. No items will be removed from sale site without receipt of payment in full. Bids placed at this auction are a legally binding contract committing you to the price you bid plus the buyer's premium. All sales are final. Witcher Auctions reserves the right to hold any items from removal until full payment is verified.
