This is a Timed Auction Event. There will not be a live auctioneer selling these lots. All lots are scheduled to close at their designated times. Please note that lots will close one at a time in a cascading order starting at 9AM. When a lot enters the ring, a 20‑second countdown will begin. The timer will only extend if a bid is placed when the lot is under 11 seconds. When this happens, the timer will automatically reset back to 11 seconds and begin counting down again. This process will continue for as long as bids are placed. Because this format moves at a faster pace, we encourage all bidders to pay close attention throughout the auction. All items feature representative stock photography and are shipped directly from overseas to our yards where we sell them. You as the buyer are responsible to pickup items at the yard of which the sale took place. While we strive to ensure safe transit, minor damage may occur due to limited protective packaging during shipping, therefore we strongly encourage customers to preview and inspect items before the sale date. These items are unused and appear to be in working condition based on our assessment, but because they are sourced internationally, they may differ from domestic brands in design, materials, and finish. Minor cosmetic imperfections such as scratches or dents may be present. By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept these variations. Some products arrive unassembled and cannot be fully inspected, but all assembly products, including nuts, bolts, and tools, are included to assemble the item.   For all buildings, garages, and similar items requiring assembly, please note that they are manufactured using metric measurements. We convert dimensions to feet and round up to the nearest size for descriptions, so actual sizes may vary slightly.
