ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All lots are bought As-Is Where-Is. We encourage self-inspections. Any fitment is the buyer’s responsibility. PLEASE READ IMPORTANT DETAILS BELOW.
Prior to bidding, all Internet Buyers must provide the information required by the auctioneer in order to be approved.
Buyer’s Premium is 5% on all items, capped at $2000.
All hour meters, odometers, tachometers are assumed correct, but are not verified by George Auction Group. That is the buyer’s responsibility.
Successful bidders must contact us within 2 business days following completion of the auction to confirm receipt of invoice, method of payment, and pick up date.
Payments must be received in FULL within 5 Business days.
Pick up Dates and Times are December 8th to December 18th from 8:00am to 4:00pm CST.
No pickups will be available outside this time frame. No Pick-up on Auction date. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Payment and pick up may be made at same time ONLY if paying by cash. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Accepted forms of payment are ACH/Electronic check, Cash, Cashier's Check. We also accept Credit Card (3.3% fee) and Wire transfer ($25 fee), however, please call us on these options to add the fee to the invoice. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Indiana sales tax will be applied to your invoice. Tax exempt buyers will need to provide an INDIANA SALES TAX exemption form (Form ST-105) and emailed to us. Once received, tax will be removed from invoice and resent. This form will be attached to the invoice.
ALL purchases over $2000 are wire transfer only! Wire transfer instructions are attached to the invoice.
Out of the USA purchases MUST be paid by wire. A $70.00 fee Will be added to all foreign wire transfers to cover Bank Fees.
The buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. All shipping quotes are a $25.00 fee. Fork truck is onsite for loading.
Items must be picked up no later than December 18th, or there will be a $25.00/day storage fee applied unless other arrangements are made. After 10 days, items will be resold, and no refund will be returned to the customer.
The Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. ANY labor involved to disassemble equipment or any kind of tear down will be billed at $85.00 per hour. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF THE US. Any buyers outside of US are responsible for ALL shipping and shipping Documents. We encourage self-inspections before bidding on any item.
All Items Are Sold “AS IS WHERE IS” with no guarantees. All sales are final. Call with questions regarding this auction before making a bid.
All title lots will have the titles sent 30 days after auction completion via UPS. There is a fee of $25 to mail the title.
